In today’s fast-paced digital world, managing day-to-day operations with multiple team members can be a challenge. Fortunately, Reloadly has come up with a solution to help you streamline your login process and limit credential sharing among team members. Reloadly is thrilled to announce the launch of two new user roles in our dashboard – Admin and Support – designed to provide more autonomy to our users. Our existing roles – Developer and Finance – remain intact. In this blog post, we will discuss the benefits of these new roles and how they can help you manage your business more efficiently.

With these new user roles, Reloadly users can experience several incredible benefits. These roles are designed to provide more autonomy, control, and security for your business.

Here is a breakdown of the benefits:

  • Less Credential Sharing – The new roles limit access to sensitive information on the Reloadly platform. You can assign specific roles to individual team members, ensuring data sharing is kept strictly to authorized individuals.
  • No More 2FA QR Code Hassle – With user roles, you don’t have to share login credentials with team members anymore. Admins and Support personnel can access the Reloadly dashboard without having to scan the 2FA QR code. This streamlined login process is more efficient and hassle-free.
  • Complete Control Over Access – You can now grant or restrict access to designated team members effortlessly. With user roles, you can ensure that each member has access to what they need without risking sensitive information being leaked.

Introducing the New User Roles:

  • Admin (Newly Added) – The admin role provides full access to the Reloadly dashboard and all its features. Admins can create and modify user roles for the account owner (master account holder) or the account that was used to register on Reloadly’s platform.
  • Support (Newly Added) – This role provides your support team with access only to the reporting part related to NOC. This new role ensures that support team members can access only the necessary data while keeping sensitive information secure.

Existing User Roles:

  • Developer (Existing Role) – Developers can access the Reloadly API and development materials, such as webhooks, documentation, and plugin setup.
  • Finance (Existing Role) – Finance team members have access to financial-related functions, such as pricing and reporting.

The new Reloadly dashboard user roles are designed to give you more control, autonomy, and security when it comes to managing your day-to-day operations. With enhanced credentials management, streamlined login processes, and complete control over access, businesses can function more efficiently and securely with Reloadly. We believe that these new roles will help our users achieve their business goals while minimizing operational challenges. We encourage you to check out the dashboard now and start exploring the benefits of these new roles!
